Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

UK Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for either a full refund or an exchange.

Every UK order includes:

• A free Royal Mail returns label
• A returns form

Just complete the form, attach the label, and drop your parcel off at your local Post Office — returns are free for UK customers.

We’re happy to:

• Exchange your item for a different size (no extra postage)
• Provide a full refund
• Help resolve any issues quickly

Items must be returned in their original condition.
Please note: Custom-made garments made to your measurements are non-returnable unless we have made an error. If there’s a problem, we’ll always work with you to find a solution.

International Returns

We also accept returns from our international customers within 14 days of delivery.

Each parcel includes:

• A returns form
• A returns label (not prepaid)

You can return your item through your local postal service.

• If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will reimburse your return postage.
• For other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We’re happy to:

• Exchange sizes (we’ll cover postage on the replacement)
• Offer a full refund
• Work with you to resolve any issues

As with UK returns, items must be in original condition.
Custom-made items are non-returnable unless an error has been made by us.
