Your Right to Cancel

At Kiltjackets, we respect your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you place an order online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason. You can cancel from the moment the order is placed up to 14 days after you receive your goods and receive a full refund.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item(s) to us.

Return Costs

If you cancel under these regulations, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
For items that cannot be returned by standard post, collection charges may apply.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for:

  • The cost of the goods
  • The standard delivery charge originally paid

Refunds are processed after the items are received and checked.
Deductions may be made if items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if parts or packaging are missing or damaged.

Items Excluded from Cancellation

Some items are exempt from the standard cancellation rights unless they are faulty or incorrect. These include:

  • Personalised items
  • Custom-made or made-to-measure garments

For made-to-measure items, we strongly recommend following our measurement guides carefully before ordering. If there is an issue with your order, we will always do our best to help resolve it.
